Life simulators are a prominent genre to dive into with gaming. You have big hits like Stardew Valley or The Sims that players are comfortable with already. However, as time continues to progress, new entries continue to join the family from both AAA and the indie side of things. One of the newer hits making its way is Heartopia, and it comes with adorable graphics to boot. However, as always with gaming, it’s unclear what games are available on which platforms when they launch. So if you are curious to know if Heartopia is on PS5, well, we have the answer for you.
Is Heartopia on PS5?
Heartopia is not currently on PS5, and there are no plans as of yet for the game to head to the console. The cartoon life simulator was just released on mobile and PC on January 16, 2026. However, due to the game being developed by a smaller team, they have a smaller focus. More specifically, the team wants the experience to be better for PC and Mobile users before they move the game to other platforms. And with that, it’s easier to be able to work on the game with only a couple of platforms.
Other games that are currently popular are also doing the same routine, such as Schedule 1. There may be copycat titles on consoles, but they are not the official games made by these developers. With how popular the game is on Steam, though, players are definitely enjoying the charming simulator. So the want from players on other consoles is not unwarranted. More so if you want to get the experience of playing it on a console rather than through a phone.
As to whether we will get to see Heartopia on PS5 any time soon is uncertain. The game is still in its early days, and the developers are still wanting to work on the ports already out for it. While it doesn’t mean the game won’t come to console, it just may take more time. Whether it’s coding for a console version or something else entirely, PS5 players are going to have to wait. However, they aren’t alone. As the game is currently only available for those on Mobile and PC.
